Joy Adams
Joy Adams has won many awards in the music industry, most recently the Scroll of Honor at the New Zealand Variety Artists Awards in October 2023 and Female International Album of the Year at the International Singer Songwriter Awards in Atlanta, GA in August 2023, for her album, "Just One Little Thing". Her background in performance and songwriting spans several decades having won songwriting, performance, and humanitarian awards for the StarBuddy Charitable Trust, which she formed to help children with special needs. She has traveled the world performing and continues today. She also does 4 radio shows per week focusing on indie and classic country music artists. Always proud of her New Zealand roots, she will always help them, and any other aspiring songwriter or artist, any way that she can to excel in the music industry. She is always working from dawn to dusk listening to, writing, and formulating ideas to help the songwriting and indie artist community, many times pushing her accomplishments aside to help those around her. Her knowledge of radio is extensive with marketing music to station managers and program directors. Her contacts within the radio industry as well as the music business in general would fill volumes.
