Award winning songwriter - Christine Drake. In her late 70's, Christine discovered the world of country music and was encouraged to try songwriting after a friend read some of the poetry she had written over several years. So began her adventure into the exciting, often frustrating but rewarding world of songwriting! Christine's songs have been in the finals of the NZCMA Songwriter of the Year Awards for 3 years running and now in her 85th year, she is still enjoying her song writing journey and is an inspiration to so many. "Never Lie Again" is a beautifully written song with a very clever play on words. Christine has enlisted her good friend and seasoned performer, Kym Cormack to sing her songs which Kym has done to perfection.
