Nancy Muller
Nancy started her musical career around 1975 when she joined a local Country Music club. Her first time in a show was a few weeks later. She put her guitar away for 15 years to concentrate on her family and farming life, resuming her music career when the family started out on their own lives.
Nancy was made a life member of the Hawera Country and Variety Club in 2006 having played rhythm guitar in the club band for around 25 years. She is a popular guest at country music festivals around the country but one of the highlights for her was being invited to be a co- headline artist at the Golden Notes Festival in Cromwell. Another highlight was touring with Noel Parlane, six shows in seven days. She has also had her own shows at the Festival of Lights in New Plymouth on many occasions.Nancy has shared the stage with most of New Zealand’s top Country artists as well as some international artists.
